Nick Reid has over 17 years in Financial Services experience in both Australia and the UK and has held roles as a Senior Adviser for around 10 years and strategist for over 13 years.
Before joining Axial Wealth Management, Nick was a Private Client Adviser at Shadforth Financial Group and prior to that worked as an associate adviser at Millfield Partnership UK. Nick’s financial experience stretches over some of the major financial stress points over the last 2 decades including September 11 and the Global Financial Crisis. Nick knows what sound management in these tough times requires.
Today, Nick specialises in advising on actively managed and bespoke portfolio’s for clients. Nick is a specialist and is authorised to advise on Self Managed Superannuation Funds as well as retirement planning and wealth accumulation.
Nick is very passionate and has a strong conscience for getting the best results for clients, both maximising gains and benefit or minimising losses.

Michelle joined Cochrane Shaw in 2005 and was part of the team that amalgamated Cochrane Shaw with Axial Wealth Management in 2012. Michelle has over 30 years’ experience in the industry having previously worked with AMP and Tower Life. She heads our Client Services Team and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Michelle gets a personal sense of satisfaction from helping our clients achieve their goals.

Rebecca Mossuto has over 19 years’ experience in the Financial Advice industry having worked as a Client Service Manager over this time. Rebecca is responsible for assisting clients with queries as well as performing administrative functions as part of Axial’s Portfolio Service.
With a wealth of experience and an incredible eagerness to please Rebecca ensures the smooth running of the Axial systems. Further to that, Rebecca’s bright and happy personality always ensures a positive client experience.

MARGARET CHARLES BCOM CPA
Margaret commenced her accounting career in 1996 as a Graduate Accountant with Public Accountancy firm Campbell Wallis Moule & Co (later known as Outlook Tax & Accounting Solutions). She quickly progressed to a senior management position and managed the accounting and taxation affairs for a diverse portfolio of clients for several years before becoming the firm’s Finance and Business Manager in 2007. In this role she was responsible for all finance, operational, human resource and compliance related issues and gained extensive experience in overseeing technology improvement initiatives.
She is a dedicated and diligent Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with 20 years’ experience and is responsible for the human resource, accounting and financial management of Axial Wealth Management’s day to day business operations.
